Founder

FDMT was founded in 2002 by Almon Kwan, an award-winning entrepreneur, former multinational executive, and certified trainer.

Almon was formerly regional manager of HP Asia Pacific and Intel. He was an Action Learning Coach certified by the World Institute of Action Learning, Washington D.C., USA, as well as a Shell LiveWIRE entrepreneur award winner. With decades of directorial experience, he is a Fellow of Hong Kong Institute of Directors, a retired member of HKUST Court, and a Hong Kong Red Cross Y&V Committee member.

"I left a multinational management career decades ago to pursue what I believe in. Thanks to countless people’s advice, support and love, I created this one-of-a-kind business, made my living out of it, and have lived an uncommon yet passionate life since 2002.

I care deeply about innovation, responsible freedom and making things better and better - no matter how humble the beginnings are.  I believe in simplifying workflow and automating routines so that FDMT people handle only intellectual and creative tasks.   FDMT has been a paperless organization since day one out of consideration for our environment.  Our goal is to create win-win situations for our stakeholders and bridge a societal gap to help people follow their dreams more easily. We pursue all these passions while being a small business responsible for its own finances.

If you share our dream and values, you are welcome to write our story together with us."
